Windows and frames
Inside and outside cleaning of windows, glass roofs and panes. At height, up to the second floor, we work from the ground with a telescopic pole and purified water, which dries without leaving marks.

Purified water, how it works
The water goes through a reverse osmosis system. It is pushed under pressure against a membrane that lets the water through and holds back the minerals and plant matter that tap water carries. What comes out the other side is water that is practically distilled.
Without those minerals and plant matter, the water leaves no residue. It runs off, dries in the air on its own, and leaves none of the white spotting that ordinary water leaves on glass as it evaporates.
That is what makes it possible to clean from the ground with a telescopic pole: the glass does not need drying by hand.

Do you visit the site first?
Yes. When the job needs assessing on site, we come and confirm the surfaces, the access and the method we recommend.
Which areas do you cover?

Do you do recurring contracts?
Yes. We can propose monthly, quarterly, twice-yearly or yearly maintenance, depending on the building and how exposed it is.
High pressure or low pressure?
Whichever suits the material. Delicate surfaces need low pressure; paving and hard-wearing areas can take controlled high pressure.
How do you clean windows at height?
Up to the second floor we work from the ground, with a telescopic pole and purified water. The water goes through a system that strips out the minerals, so it dries on its own without marks or spotting, with no detergents and with nobody having to climb. Above the second floor we assess the access during the site visit.
Will you quote without seeing the place?
No. The same facade can take one pass or three, and that can only be known on site. We come and look, and the quote goes in writing, with the work described and the price fixed, at no cost and with no obligation.
