Facades and walls
Washing of facades, exterior walls and boundary walls, with attention to the material, the access and how dirty it is.
Cleaning of facades, windows, garage ramps, outdoor paving, walls, stone, decking and pool surrounds for condominiums, businesses and private homes.
We work with professional equipment and choose the right method for each surface, from windows and facades to outdoor paving with years of built-up dirt.
Washing of facades, exterior walls and boundary walls, with attention to the material, the access and how dirty it is.
Inside and outside cleaning of windows, glass roofs and panes. At height, up to the second floor, we work from the ground with a telescopic pole and purified water, which dries without leaving marks.
Removal of built-up dirt on ramps, shared access ways and areas where cars come and go.
Cleaning of entrances, terraces, courtyards, cobbled paving, decking and pool surrounds.
Treatment of outdoor surfaces with green algae, staining, dust, rain marks and general weathering.
Exterior maintenance plans for buildings that need predictable cleaning through the year.
We answer exterior cleaning requests with a site visit, a photographic record and a clear quote broken down by area. Ready to put in front of an owners meeting, or to plan recurring maintenance.
The process is simple, so you can decide with clear information, without losing time and without surprises.
Send the location, the service you have in mind and photos if you already have them.
We assess surfaces, access, water, power and the method we recommend.
We send a straightforward proposal by service, area and priority.
We book the job in and leave the outside clean and presentable.
We work with condominiums, private homes, offices, clinics, schools, hotels and businesses that need exterior cleaning, whether one-off or recurring.
The water goes through a reverse osmosis system. It is pushed under pressure against a membrane that lets the water through and holds back the minerals and plant matter that tap water carries. What comes out the other side is water that is practically distilled.
Without those minerals and plant matter, the water leaves no residue. It runs off, dries in the air on its own, and leaves none of the white spotting that ordinary water leaves on glass as it evaporates.
That is what makes it possible to clean from the ground with a telescopic pole: the glass does not need drying by hand.
Yes. When the job needs assessing on site, we come and confirm the surfaces, the access and the method we recommend.
Mainly Cascais, Sintra and Lisbon, including condominiums, businesses, private homes and commercial premises.
Yes. We can propose monthly, quarterly, twice-yearly or yearly maintenance, depending on the building and how exposed it is.
Whichever suits the material. Delicate surfaces need low pressure; paving and hard-wearing areas can take controlled high pressure.
Up to the second floor we work from the ground, with a telescopic pole and purified water. The water goes through a system that strips out the minerals, so it dries on its own without marks or spotting, with no detergents and with nobody having to climb. Above the second floor we assess the access during the site visit.
No. The same facade can take one pass or three, and that can only be known on site. We come and look, and the quote goes in writing, with the work described and the price fixed, at no cost and with no obligation.
Send the address, the kind of service and a few photos if you can. We reply with the next step for a site visit or a quote.
